Why Jade & Juniper?
Jade
My given middle name is "Jade", sometimes linked to the Old Testament Hebrew name "Jada", meaning "wise" or "he knows". Jade is often associated with beauty, purity, and durability. Its green color symbolizes life, growth, renewal, and hope.
Juniper
The juniper shrub grows slowly yet is patient and resilient. It symbolizes protection, strength, cleansing, and calmness.
In 1 Kings 19, Elijah rests beneath a juniper bush when he is weary and ready to give up. Instead of ending his life, God meets him with rest, nourishment, renewal, and hope.
These meanings guide everything I create.
