Made with sourdough discard and rich brown butter, they feature a soft, chewy center, crisp edges, and pools of melted chocolate in every bite. Sourdough Bagel

Our sourdough bagels are slow fermented for flavor, then boiled and baked for that signature chewy texture and golden crust. Hearty, flavorful, and satisfying. They're delicious toasted with cream cheese, butter, or enjoyed as a sandwich base.
