Jade & Juniper was created from a love of homemaking, baking, calligraphy, and the quiet beauty found in everyday life. The name itself carries deep meaning and reflects the heart behind everything I create.

Jade is my middle name and is often associated with wisdom and beauty. It has roots in the Hebrew name Jada, meaning "wise" or "He knows". Jade is also a precious stone symbolizing beauty, purity, and durability. Its green color represents life, growth, renewal, and hope...themes that continually inspire my work.

Juniper represents patience, resilience, and protection. In 1 Kings 19, Elijah finds rest beneath a juniper bush when he is weary and overwhelmed. God meets him there, providing rest, nourishment, and renewal for the journey ahead. This story is a powerful reminder that even in our weakest moments, God provides exactly what we need.

Together, Jade & Juniper reflects the values I strive to weave into everything I create: beauty, purity, rest, renewal, and hope. Whether through baking, calligraphy, or homemade goods for the home, my desire is to help create spaces that feel comforting, intentional, and filled with peace.
