The frame itself is a rustic gold/bronze resin, with protective glass, an easel backing for sitting on surfaces and has a hanging option.

Jade and Juniper does not offer returns or exchanges, all items are final sale.

Being a small business, I will only accept returns if an item is damaged during shipping, or arrives in a condition that was not desribed in the listing. I do my best to describe and photograph my products accurately, so there are no misunderstandings. If you are ever unsatisfied, please reach out with honest feedback!

In order to make a return:

• Return the item within 14 days of receiving in the mail.

• The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item.

• A refund will be issued once I receive the package.

• (Refund is for the cost of the item ONLY, does not include shipping cost.)

Framed prints are padded and tightly packaged to provide optimal protection during the shipping process.

Please double check that your shipping address is correct before making a purchase! I will not be responsible if the shipping address is incorrect on the customer's part. If the mistake is my own, I will ship the item again at no extra cost.

Jade and Juniper is also not held responsible for lost or missing packages. Once the package has been shipped, it is the customer's reponsibility to track the package and follow up with the shipping carrier regarding lost or stolen packages.
