Jade and Juniper does not offer returns or exchanges, all items are final sale.
Being a small business, I will only accept returns if an item is damaged during shipping, or arrives in a condition that was not desribed in the listing. I do my best to describe and photograph my products accurately, so there are no misunderstandings. If you are ever unsatisfied, please reach out with honest feedback!
In order to make a return:
Return the item within 14 days of receiving in the mail.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item.
A refund will be issued once I receive the package.
(Refund is for the cost of the item ONLY, does not include shipping cost.)
